Speaking about eating, Porec hosts one of the best wineries so try not to miss visiting the well-known Agrolaguna Winery producing a delicious wine. For the beach lovers, there are many beaches and little bays to explore and relax under the hot summer sun. And of course, there is a choice for cycling or hiking lovers since Porec contains beautiful nature and amazing trails in it.

Porec port

Porec port is located northwest of Marina Porec, on the western end of the peninsula, directly in the Old Town. It is a very lively port especially during summer, operating the route Porec to Venice, with a lot of yachts moored in the marina. Loud music and songs are often heard, sometimes during the night. Restaurants and shops are at 5 minutes walk from the harbor to the old town. In Porec, there is no regular public transportation as you can find all you need at a close distance. There is a taxi service at low prices and a tourist train that drives around Porec.

Bus

The bus station in Porec is situated about 500 meters from the center of the old town and only 100 meters from the seafront promenade so there is no need to use any means of transport to and from the port. Local buses connect the tourist resorts and they all arrive at the main bus station in Porec. Near the bus station, you can find a parking lot.
